In July, the Disabled Children's Partnership published research showing that there is a £1.5 billion annual shortfall in funding for health and social care services for disabled children in England.
Next year, the Government will set out its longer-term plans for public spending through its Comprehensive Spending Review.
We want to make sure the Government is fully aware of the urgent need for additional funding for services for disabled children, and of our call for a dedicated early intervention and family resilience fund. To do this, we want as many MPs as possible to write to the Treasury and make the case.
You can make this happen! Your local MP is your representative in Parliament. Please write to them and ask them to tell the Chief Secretary to the Treasury why it is so important that support for disabled children is given the funding it needs.
